Description of resource: Boston Senior Home Care is a nonprofit agency that provides information and referral and case management services to low income, frail, homebound elders. The agency's case managers assess an elder's needs and purchase a range of in home support services such as homemaking, personal care, home delivered meals, personal emergency response systems, and adaptive equipment to meet those needs.
