Description of resource: The Alzheimer's Association responds to thousands of calls each year from family members, professionals and people with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. Trained volunteers and professional staff are available 24 hours a day with reliable, up to date information in a variety of languages by calling 800-548-2111. There is no charge for most of our programs and services.

We offer 24 hour Helpline counseling to anyone, Alzheimer or dementia patient, family member or professional, needing information or support. We also have many free written materials and educational programs.
