Description of resource: EPOCH Senior Healthcare of Melrose is an 82-bed skilled nursing facility that has served the Melrose/Wakefield/Malden area since 1966. Our last two DPH surveys have been deficiency-free, and we pride ourselves in being able to meet the complex needs of our residents and their families.
