Description of resource: SCES helps older people remain safe and independent in their own homes by providing a wide range of supportive services. In addition, SCES offers information and advice to caregivers, family members, and community members. While services are primarily offered to older residents of Cambridge and Somerville along with their caregivers, some services are available to younger adults with disabilities, and residents of the Greater Boston area. Services include: case management, personal care, homemaking, transportation, and meals on wheels, memory disorder services, care consultation, elder care advice.
